The FI Data Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated Systems Analyst to join one of our agile development squads to provide analytical excellence in building and maintaining data in enterprise database platforms. The data infrastructure is going through significant growth, and this is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping FI capability in this area. The work involves gathering requirements, data analysis, solution design and production rollout activities on data lakes.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

8+ years of experience on business critical, enterprise-wide data applications

Excellent critical thinking skills

Excellent soft skills that allow you to gather the requirements from the business partners for database / data projects

Document objectives, use cases, requirements, and specifications with respect to data

Work with the squad lead (product owner), developers and with other squads and participate in design discussions

Ability to convey the technical needs to non-technical members

Strong data analysis skills that allow you to research and document the existing and future systems

Must have strong SQL and / or Python skills

Experience working on ETL projects

You are familiar with database design concepts and worked on a various database platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3 etc.

Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus

Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams

Please see pay rate for the work location of Rhode Island only : $55 to $86 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
