Position Title : Project Manager - InfoSec PMO

Location : Vienna, VA (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite per week)

Position Status : Contract

Pay Rate : $60-$65 / hour (W2 with 56 hours PTA) | $65-$73 / hour (C2C)

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Information Security PMO (ISPMO) team. This is a hybrid role that combines Project Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Scrum Master responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, experience leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a proven ability to deliver results in complex, cross-functional initiatives.

In this role, you will :

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved.
• Act as a hybrid Project Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support product and operational initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) to track deliverables, manage boards, and create reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define objectives, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers.
• Prepare professional reports, documentation, and presentations to ensure project transparency and stakeholder alignment.
• Promote Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement within the PMO.
