Looking to make an impact with those involved in the Criminal Justice system? Join SAGE Counseling! Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders, and families involved in the child-welfare system.
Our overall clinical approach is grounded in the evidence-based standards for these populations. SAGE is a dynamic, growing, and friendly agency!
We are actively looking for Full-Time Case Managers to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact with clients through video and / or phone, providing community resources, and supporting their treatment and growth.
Case Managers work in a hybrid function of remotely from home and in SAGE offices; equipment needed to provide services are issued by SAGE.

Qualifications :
- Required : Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Required : Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working or volunteering in a helping profession
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
