We're seeking a strategic and data-driven credit risk analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role will shape and implement cutting-edge financial risk strategies that drive sustainable growth, minimize losses, and enhance the customer experience. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment that values creativity, rigor, and impact, helping SMBs succeed in an increasingly complex financial landscape.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of financial risk strategiesfrom opportunity identification to design, testing, launch, and post-production performance monitoring.
• Leverage large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets to build, optimize, and automate credit risk policies for payments, payroll, bill pay, and checking products.
• Partner cross-functionally with data science, risk operations, product, analytics, and engineering teams to design innovative, data-informed solutions that balance growth with risk control.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to target risk more precisely and unlock new business opportunities while maintaining financial integrity.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party data providers and models, supporting enhanced decisioning around credit, fraud, and operational risk.
• Design and execute controlled experiments to test new methodologies and continuously improve the accuracy, precision, and ROI of risk strategies.
• Serve as a thought partner and subject matter expert on emerging financial risk trends, bringing external perspective to shape internal strategy.

Qualifications :

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California $172,000 - 232,500 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
