Director, National Direct Placement at The Judge Group

The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the Fayetteville, GA area.

COMPENSATION : 130k to 150k plus bonus

RELOCATION : Yes

MUST HAVE : 5+ years' in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station

MUST HAVE : Strong knowledge of FAA / EASA regulations

MUST HAVE : The ability to lead a team and work directly with customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
• Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
• Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
• Act as the main contact for FAA relations
• Maintain staffing levels
• Ensure contract obligations and customers' expectations are met
• Upsell contract terms
• Provide status reports to customers
