Join our dynamic team as a Project Cost Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. What You'll Do

• Prepare cost re-projections and explain budget variances to keep spending on track.
• Manage contract requisitions and actively participate in the bidding process.
• Coordinate the work order lifecycle from creation to closure.
• Organize key project meetingsstrategy sessions, kick-offs, and status updates.
• Act as a liaison between engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication.
• Support project documentation and planning, while handling logistics like permits and temporary facilities.
• Monitor cash flows, budget variances, and provide SOX compliance analysis.
• Track and analyze un-vouchered liabilities and prepare invoice data for billable work orders.
• Assist with RFPs, evaluate bids, and collaborate with Supply Chain and contractors.
• Mentor and train junior project coordinators to build a strong team foundation.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
