Change Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to support our Enterprise Technology Change Enablement process. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft applications, and a solid understanding of ITIL principles. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving process improvement and operational excellence.
Location : Columbus, OH
Pay Range : $34 / hr
What's the Job? You'll spend your day reviewing change requests, testing ServiceNow enhancements, updating process documentation, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders across departments. You'll serve as the central point of coordination for change enablement users, ensuring all process changes are tracked, tested, and communicated effectively.
What's Needed? 1. ITIL Foundation certification and strong oral and written communication skills. 2. ServiceNow proficiency with exceptional organizational skills. 3. Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). 4. Certification : ITIL v4 Foundation or Intermediate Certification (preferred)
