Position Summary
This is a full-time, on-site, Servicing Analyst based in our Chandler, Arizona offices.
The Loan Servicing Analyst requires experience in construction-related loan processing, and solid working knowledge of servicing, loan maintenance, documentation and closing.
Cohorts will include Documentation and QC Analysts. Reliant tracks all loan payments and collateral information in our computer system, so computer skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Update documentation on our Servicing platform to ensure timely and accurate records.
- Monitor vendor service levels, responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Process subordinations, lien releases, and payments.
- Assist with escrow disbursements and prepare loan payoff statements for customers.
- Monitor insurance coverage on collateral properties.
- Enter and update client information in Reliant’s system(s) of record.
- Recommend and implement best practices as part of Reliant’s dedication to creating an industry-leading customer experience.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or finance, or equivalent work experience in financial services
- Good knowledge of operations risk and loan processing workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to internal standards
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software tools, including standard Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and servicing platforms
