Job Description

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Collaborate with the engineering team to support new equipment installations and upgrades. Manage budgets and resources for maintenance and reliability projects. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Reliability Manager should have :

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

This role is onsite M-F and will sit out of West LA.
