Procurement Manager

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the site has the goods and services needed to operate efficiently. Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet site needs and align with company goals. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Collaborate with site teams to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions. Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing responsibly and reducing environmental impact.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment. Experience analyzing data and making informed decisions. Experience using procurement systems and tools. Must be able to work on-site at the designated location 2-3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CIPS). Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement. Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
