Job descriptionExperience working with the Behavioral and CD population. CPI Trained, If not CPI certified can complete within 6 weeks of start date. Every third weekend. EPIC Experience Required, COVID and Flu vaccine required; may accept COVID exemption with proper documentation and approval, and please indicate if candidate has Worked at Mercy previously. CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute (required within 6 weeks of start date) BLS - Basic Life Support (required for all Nursing and Allied positions) State License 1 Verification (required within 30 days of start) NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) (required within 30 days of start) Every third weekend. Unit specific skills checklist required. Skills checklists are also required for any units the traveler may float to. Copy of Passport, driver's license or government issued ID is required for each Resource on assignment. Expired ID is not acceptable. ID must be legible, and picture must be clear.
