Job descriptionProcure-to-Pay (PTP) Management : PO Management / Tracking Create and Maintain item Master Data Invoice Approval & Dispute Resolution : Extensive collaboration with vendors Shipment Tracking / Supplier Coordination, tracking OTD Monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure goods are received according to agreed timelines. Order-to-Cash (OTC) Management : Managing Entry thru Closure Coordinate Cross-functionally to drive PTP and OTC Processes internally, as well as externally utilizing project management skills to optimize fulfillment, delivery and payment as required.

You Will Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement and / or Order to Cash processes, preferably supporting Manufacturing.
- Strong ERP experience, including some SAP
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- The ability to support the Procurement and Finance functions from Cradle-to-Grave
