Candidates should have between three and five years of meaningful experience in data privacy in a law firm, in-house, or consulting setting. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with excellent academic records and transactional skills. You must be admitted and in good standing to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, and / or South Carolina . If admitted in NY, DC, or CA, willingness to relocate is required. Experience with state privacy laws, children's privacy laws, and GDPR is preferred.
