Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a global team of product dictionary administrators, ensuring alignment with safety and regulatory objectives
Oversee the creation, update, and maintenance of product entries in the product dictionary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and support audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or regulatory operations, with at least 2 years in a database role
Proven leadership or team management experience in a global or matrixed environment
Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations and database standards
