We are seeking dedicated Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurses (LTAC RNs) to deliver exceptional patient care during the essential phases of assessment, intervention, and evaluation. As an LTAC RN, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that promote optimal health outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and manage medical equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Continuously monitor, implement, and assess patient status to adapt care as needed.
• Provide leadership and supervision to clinical support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care.
