As our Manager, Commercial Pricing & Sales , you’ll lead a high-performing outside sales team to drive growth in high-flow diesel sales through smart market analysis, pricing optimization, and customer segmentation. You’ll partner closely with supply, logistics, real estate, and marketing teams to ensure fuel availability, maximize dispenser utilization, and support Maverik’s expansion initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides leadership to direct reports, including but not limited to, hiring, training and development.
- Lead and support a team of outside sales reps by setting clear goals, providing coaching and training, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team culture.
- Analyze market trends and costs to develop competitive retail pricing strategies, adjusting based on profitability goals and collaborating with finance to forecast gallons and margins.
- Partner with supply and logistics teams to ensure quality and availability of high flow diesel, optimize dispenser utilization, and improve the customer fueling experience.
- Develop and execute a high flow diesel strategy through market analysis, customer segmentation, and defining pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Collaborate across departments—including real estate, store development, and marketing—to align expansion, remodeling, and sales efforts with business goals.
- Track sales performance and market activity, analyze data to evaluate pricing and sales initiatives, and deliver reports with insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, respond to feedback, and work with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications : Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, supply chain, accounting, or equivalent experience in a commodity market, preferredQualifications : Experience
5+ years’ experience in fuels, commodities, supply chain or equivalent role.Creative thinking that allows for flexibility in the execution of plansMust be able to make time sensitive decisions for short, mid, and long-term strategies.Strong analytical skills with understanding of Excel encouraged.Good negotiating skills with attention to detailsQualifications : Manager Leadership Skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $92k - $111k + DOE + Bonus Opportunity
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
