Prime Response Inc. (PRI), is seeking a part-time Production Control Clerk to provide logistics base supply support at NASA in Langley, VA for a possible upcoming, long-term government contract.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Serve as the point of entry for requesting many services
• Operate and maintain the Service / Work Reception Desk during core hours
• Provide a wide range of customer services that include, but are not limited to : providing customer work intake, tracking and productivity measurement, data entry and retrieval, work status reporting, handling of customer inquiries, answering customer inquiries and providing work status;

submitting work requests; processing work tickets, providing immediate technical and guidance support to customers as needed and delivery of work to customers.

• Become knowledgeable in the services provided by the Center’s logistics operation in order to provide customers support with informed responses to their questions.
• Track workflow utilizing various computer information systems and applications. These systems include, but are not limited to Maximo and SAP.
• Utilize a Work Control System (WCS) to plan, track, control, and report work-related accomplishments, schedules, and resources as applicable.
• Compile and record data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using provided software.
• Act as a customer service rep within a work order or ticketing system.
• Assist internal customers with ticket creation and tracking.
• Coordinate between service requestors and service providers to ensure accurate tracking and timely communication.
• Writing reports based on service request data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
• Maintaining files and databases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in a military / government / other highly-regulated work environment.
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
