A company is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent - Bi-lingual English / Spanish Speaking Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Answer member calls and provide accurate information and assistance
Utilize the AAA sales model to cross-sell credit union products and services
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and develop a thorough understanding of products and services
Required Qualifications
6 to 12 months of customer service experience; financial service or call center experience preferred
High school graduate or GED
Ability to use a laptop, headset, and multiple monitors
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute; 10-Key experience preferred
