Oral Surgery Associates of the Southern Tier , a respected private practice founded in 2007, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Oral Surgeon to join our well-established and highly collaborative team. As our current Oral Surgeon transitions to part-time, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to step into a thriving surgical practice with a dedicated clinical team, a loyal and diverse referral base, and a strong reputation for clinical excellence.
We work side-by-side with Prosthodontists and restorative specialists in a fully integrated care model, with access to the latest advancements in digital workflows and robotic-assisted technologies. Our practice is rooted in the values of trust, teamwork, and innovationproviding the tools and support needed to deliver outstanding outcomes for our patients.
Job Description :
- Perform a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, implant placements, bone grafting, and surgical exposure of impacted teeth.
- Provide IV sedation and anesthesia services as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house Prosthodontists to coordinate treatment on complex restorative cases, including full arch rehabilitation.
- Utilize advanced technologies for diagnostics, surgical planning, and precision-guided procedures.
- Deliver excellent, patient-centered care with compassion, clarity, and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay at the forefront of surgical innovation.
Qualifications :
DDS / DMD from an accredited dental school with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.Certification and experience in IV sedation required.Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred; outstanding recent graduates are welcome to apply.Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.High standards of care and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes in a private practice setting.Why Join Us :
