What You'll Do :

The Estane Product Integrity Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction for Estane products. This role requires deep technical expertise in performance testing, product design, commercialization, and manufacturing processes, as well as a strong understanding of customer needs and application requirements. The manager collaborates closely with global operations quality personnel and serves as a key advocate for both technical service and operational excellence, balancing commercial and technical objectives to deliver robust products and exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For :

Product Knowledge & Performance :

• Maintain intimate understanding of Estane product performance in end-use applications, including customer requirements and tolerances.
• Identify and communicate strengths and weaknesses in product design.
• Acquire and leverage insights through frequent consultation with TPU technology managers.
