Job Description

AAMCO Beaumont is looking for an experienced, ASE-certified master Technician to join its team. This role requires advanced diagnostic skills, proven mechanical ability, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair transmissions (automatic, manual, CVT, etc.).
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, drivetrains, and electrical systems.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians to build team capability.
• Accurately document all repairs and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Maintain shop safety, quality standards, and tool calibration.
