Master Technician / Automotive Mechanic – European & Domestic Vehicles

Shipley Automotive – Rosenberg, TX | Pay : Flat Rate $45 / hr | Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Shipley Automotive, a high-end European and Domestic repair and performance center serving the Rosenberg / Fulshear area, is seeking an experienced Master Technician / ASE Master Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, and other performance brands, offering dealership-level service in a clean, modern, and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Master Certified Technician, strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, and the ability to perform multi-point inspections, Texas state inspections, and complete vehicle diagnostics on European and Domestic vehicles. Responsibilities include performing precision repairs, advanced diagnostics, and maintenance work while maintaining a clean and organized workspace and communicating clearly with the service team. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be able to pass random drug testing, and demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Pay is a flat rate system at $45 per hour based on performance and efficiency.
