Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking Senior Organization Development Manager as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.

Role Overview

The Senior Organization Development Manager, US is a strategic role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the organization effectiveness and performance and sustainable growth. This position focuses on assessing the organization's structure, processes and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement global programs and initiatives that enhance organizational performance and implementing strategies for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization development strategies and policies that align with company strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to design and execute an organizational structure that supports the company's long-term and short-term strategic plans.
• Manage and implement "strategy-to-execution" system that empowers the company to attain its strategic goals.
• Collaborate with HR to develop leadership management strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives.
• Implement and maintain organizational development metrics.
• Stay informed about industry best practices.

Requirements

The anticipated base pay range is :

$142,146 - $186,567 USD
