Key Responsibilities
Manage research initiatives focused on consumer and business customer audiences
Establish cross-functional relationships to support the use of customer insights across the company
Collect, analyze, and interpret research findings to create organized deliverables with actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in marketing, market research, or customer insights
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Experience with primary and secondary research methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
