The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing administrative & project support for the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and warmly meet and greet all guests to ASC
- Provide administrative support to HRD, HRM, HRG and Recruitment Manager as needed
- Process new hire paperwork
- Complete all Ultipro data entry
- Maintain the following logs in the computer : OSC, Disciplinary actions, Kronos, New Hire Orientation
- Maintain the following binders : EEO / Veteran / Disability, I-9, Right to Know, Lockers
- Manage Paycard
- Produce name tags and maintain supply
- Develop associate communications network within the hotel, via monthly newsletter, monthly calendar, department communication boards, posters and flyers
- Maintain ASC Bulletin Boards
- Maintain OSC cards (pick up from collection boxes 2x / week and ensure there are blank cards available)
- Complete the cafeteria PowerPoint slides monthly
- Ensure all forms are stocked in distribution areas
- Maintain all associate personnel files
- Ensure office supplies are available and order as needed; keep within budgetary guidelines
- Other duties as requested by the Human Resources Managers
- Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resources Department
- Champions Omni Six Pillars Culture on property, and enthusiastically promotes opportunities within the hotel and company
Qualifications
Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekendsMust be proficient using Microsoft Office ProductsBachelor's degree desiredMust have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levelsPrior hotel Human Resources experience preferredPERKS AND BENEFITS :
