Key Responsibilities
Oversee all commercial functions within the aftermarket division, including contract and parts sales
Manage and optimize the sales team and CRM tools to enhance performance and accountability
Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and expand customer relationships
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, engineering, or related fields
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in aftermarket sales, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams
Expertise in CRM systems and process standardization
