Responsibilities

The Web Developer supports the Sponsor's initiative to create a marketing strategy and organizational brand that better communicates the service offerings across the IC. The Web Developer also supports a Sponsor-led team focusing on formalizing customer outreach and communication, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing department impact.

Develop a new Sponsor website design for Talk-about and SharePoint sites

Design includes a development, testing, and implementatio plans in compliance with the Sponsor technical standards and policies and the latest User Experience and Accessibility standards, and aligns with the Sponsor's Customer Engagement Strategy

Create metrics functions for monitoring and collecting data regarding usage and performance

Create an implementation plan for the new website including the retirement of the current website

Deliver and maintain website on multiple platforms

Meet regularly with stakeholders and managers to review business and functional requirements and to determine project scopes and specifications

Make small edits requested by customers and develop plans for completing larger updates

Qualifications

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS / SCI clearance with Polygraph

A bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineering

BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5

Five (5) years of experience in website development

Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

High level of creativity and innovative design skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations

Desired :

Experience with SharePoint and WordPress

Experience developing web pages on Intelink
