About This Opportunity

Manages the day-to-day responsibilities of business system analyst team for the commissaries and bakeries. Leads analysis of forecasts, sales, production, tracking and analysis of key partner metrics.

Communication support to partner

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual forecast on total units, units by platform and by sku for each commissary and bakery (total 27) includes inputs from Category Managers and each business system partner.
• Provide analysis connecting the forecast to store performance and partner performance. Provide support and participate in the quarterly financial / business reviews for each of the assigned partners.
• Provide deeper analysis of the financials as needed.
• Assist with communication to the partners regarding sales plans, new product introductions, inventory management, production planning etc.
• Gatekeeps and organizes all Ad Hoc data requests with the Businsess analyst
• Support analysis, administration and communication for network planning including facility start ups, capacity expansion and capability expansion.
• Track and analyze known shortages, OS&D, on time dispatches and tray inventory

Qualifications :

• Strong analytic skills including product pricing, sales data, financial statements,cost models, and data storytelling.
• Strong competency with all 7-Eleven merchandising systems like 7Intel as well as Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of PowerBI is prefrerred.
• Work collaboratively and cross functionally with Logistics, Operations, Merchandising, Business System partners on a daily basis
• Basic understanding of commissary and bakery operations including specification builds, yields, labor, ingredient costs and product pricing
• Ability to work collaboratively and through influence with urgency.
