Salary Pay Range : $30.00-$35.00 / hour

Shift Hours :

Monday-Friday 7 : 30pm-4 : 00pm

Summary :

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in graphic design and digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, supporting sales initiatives, and working closely with the Director of Sales and the Regional Sales Managers to meet the organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding :

Design and produce engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and external e-commerce customers. Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.

Web Development & Maintenance :

Perform routine updates, content changes, and maintenance on the company website in conjunction with our Marketing Agency. Coordinate and implement design adjustments and minor functional enhancements to the website as needed. Collaborate with external developers for more complex website projects when necessary. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Prepare marketing materials and presentations for sales teams. Support sales efforts by creating compelling visual aids and collateral. Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance.

General Administration :

Proficiently use all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks, including data management, reporting, and communication. Other relevant duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

Experience in a marketing assistant or similar role, with an understanding of digital marketing principles.

Ability to support sales teams with marketing collateral and presentations.

Excellent proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred (But Not Required) :

Experience with CRM software, familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic understanding of SEO principles.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
