Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Packaging and Shipping Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and shipping customer orders, documenting product details, and keeping our shipping area organized and efficient.

What You'll Do :

Prepare, package, and ship customer orders with accuracy.

Record product details (dimensions, weight, photos) using digital tools.

Operate pallet jacks, scales, scanners, and labeling systems.

Use shipping software (UPS / FedEx / USPS) and Microsoft Office to process orders.

Organize inventory, manage stock transfers, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Communicate with the team to resolve shipping or customer issues.

What We're Looking For :

High School Diploma or GED required.

2+ years shipping / receiving or warehouse experience.

Strong technical skills with shipping systems, software, and basic troubleshooting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory system experience a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely.
