Position Summary : The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. This role requires to be in the office Monday – Friday.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Completes office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail logging and distribution.
- Maintains office inventory through auditing and purchasing necessary supplies.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
- Deals with various vendors through effective communication and scheduling.
- Assists HR team with the coordination of a variety of company events.
- Handles receptionist duties such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, maintaining office cleanliness / organization, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education / Experience :
1-3 years of job-related experience.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.Physical Demands :
May be required to sit, walk, stand for long periods of time.Requires long periods of time on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.Certificates and Licenses :
