What You'll Be Doing :
Warm Welcomes & Thoughtful Departures
- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of genuine hospitality
- Manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide personalized information about the hotel, local attractions, and must-see hidden gems
Communication That Connects
Answer phones and emails promptly and with clarityRoute inquiries and assist with guest needs or requests with care and urgencyReservation & Guest Management
Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations with confidenceEnsure accuracy in our reservation system and support smooth room assignmentsDeliver Memorable Guest Experiences

Keep the front desk organized and running smoothlyManage cash transactions, reconcile payments, and follow all security protocolsMonitor access and collaborate with security as needed to ensure guest safetyBe a Team Player
Work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless operationsStay cool under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities without missing a beatWhat You Bring :
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in hospitality, guest service, or front desk operations is a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalBasic computer skills and comfort with reservation or hotel systems (training provided) experience with FSPMS is highly preferredAbility to stay calm, friendly, and efficient in high-pressure situationsA genuine love for people and a passion for great serviceAble to stand for long periods of timeFlexible schedule to include varying weekends and holidaysWhy You'll Love Being Here :
