Responsibilities :

• Defend healthcare institutions and practitioners in medical malpractice lawsuits involving complex issues such as surgical errors, misdiagnoses, medication errors, and patient care disputes.
• Manage all phases of litigation including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners, associates, and staff to develop case strategies and provide solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to firm projects.
