Job Description
Responsible for the daily processing of all orders to include priority sequencing and special instructions. Work with management to ensure efficiencies and daily deliverables are met. Responsible for supervising, motivating, and managing employees to perform all required functions, to including picking, packing, auditing, full case picking and general material handling / housekeeping and ground replenishment. Monitor Productivity of line picking / case picking and coach low performers. Responsible for maintaining all reports required to perform daily processing of orders with agreed SLA. Execute special projects and assignments as required by management. Deliver updates and concerns to management throughout the day. Communicate clearly with internal and external departments. Clearly respond to all emails and in a timely manner. Recommends members of the team for the thank you card program. Conduct monthly safety departments audits. Monitor and help reduce errors made from within the department. Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment. Proficient in WMS systems. Good understanding of computer systems. Good communication skills. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Deals with confidential information and / or issues using discretion and judgment. Fluent in writing and speaking English.
