About the Role

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Director of Community Development Initiatives. This pivotal role is designed for an entrepreneurial sales leader eager to develop and drive the business unit focused on sales of bulk and right of entry agreements for fiber-to-the-Home / Unit projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding community needs, devising a go-to-market strategy, and effectively establishing a robust pipeline of opportunities by aligning our innovative product offerings with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will excel in creating influential relationships across various sectors, developing impactful presentations, and nurturing strong partnerships with outside consultants, vendor partners, and property managers. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and / or a minimum of six years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in the bulk services market. A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas, especially within HOA, MDU, or multi-family sectors, is essential.

The role requires critical skills including entrepreneurial drive, enterprise-level sales leadership experience, and a strong capability to utilize a defined sales process and methodology. Excellent time management, negotiation, goal-setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills are a must, complemented by strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential, as well as experience using CRM tools.
