SUMMARY : Have the correct high-quality edible products on time to complete production schedules. We are actively interviewing now.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and retrieve all ingredients, follow first in first out procedure
- Understand and carry out mixing procedures
- Read and understand formula sheets
- Properly weigh product
- Operate DE clumper
- Oil, salt and season product as needed
- Understand and follow all safety procedures
- Know and follow all GMP’s
- Understand and follow all food safety and food quality issues and proper documentation whenever necessary
- Operate floor cleaning equipment
- Comfortable working 25 feet in the air.
- Perform any and all additional duties as required
