HR Generalist - Boutique Law Firm $95-110k + OT + Bonus

Our client, a growing boutique Law Firm with offices in midtown, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level HR professional to grow their skillset in an elevated and collegiate atmosphere and work directly with the Head of HR. You will be handling everything from recruiting to employee relations, so your ability to stay organized and thrive while multitasking will be essential!

Job duties :

• Recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Cultivating company culture and overseeing employee relations acting as the first point of contact with employees
• Working with all staff and their PEO to manage benefits administration and payroll
• Ensuring all operations adhere to federal and state laws
• Maintain HRIS data and develop reports
• Helping to coordinate training sessions, events, wellness initiatives, and engagement activities.
• Supporting performance review processes and other talent management programs.
