LPN Responsibilities :
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Provide basic patient care, such as wound dressings, catheter care, and taking blood samples.
- Collect and maintain patient health information and records.
- Assist with patient grooming, mobility, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate with patients and their families.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
RN Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient education.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, nursing assistants, and other support staff.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulations.

Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) :
- LPN / RN certification for the state of Florida
- Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
- All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
