We are adding an Accounts Receivable Associate - Collections to our team working out of our headquarter in Phoenix, AZ .

What you will do?

  • Accurate, efficient, and effective performance of collections functions which includes but is not limited to :
  • Release of orders
  • Past terms collections
  • Aging review
  • Statement review
  • Credit Card processing
  • Work closely with supervisor to become familiar with and meet process, performance, and communication expectations
  • Establish and maintain professional business relations with customers
  • Effectively research, track, and resolve (or properly refer) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality relating to source documents, data, and reports
  • Maintain data integrity of company software systems
  • Oversee file maintenance and organization to ensure that information is easily retrieved
  • Assume other related duties as required or assigned

What you bring to the table!

  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience, three to five (3-5) years of experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliations, and collection functions
  • Ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, management, and other stakeholders
  • Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail
  • Strong time management, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), accounting software and other common programs

Pay Range : $18 - $22 / hourly
