Location : Onsite in San Francisco or Oakland, CA

Reporting To : Project Manager

Hourly Rate : $41 hr

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Facilities and Logistics Associate to support our innovation and engineering teams. This role ensures that shop operations, shipping / receiving, and workspace logistics run smoothly so that engineers and designers can focus on building and developing prototypes.

Responsibilities :

• Manage shipping and receiving, including signing for deliveries and ensuring packages reach the correct recipients.
• Maintain organization in the shop and entryway, keeping the workspace clean, safe, and professional.
• Organize tools, parts, and materials for efficient and safe storage.
• Coordinate shipment of materials between multiple office locations.
• Assist with facilities-related tasks such as furniture assembly, disposal of batteries and hazardous materials, and scheduling vendor support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with facilities management to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support the engineering team with miscellaneous operational projects and tasks that enhance workspace efficiency.
