Sr. NGLs Marketing Scheduler

The NGL Scheduler will be responsible for end-to-end scheduling of Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) including ethane, propane, butanes, and natural gasoline, across pipelines, rail, truck, and marine export channels. This role will also manage scheduling of LPG export cargoes, NGL purity product sales into Mont Belvieu storage accounts, and coordinate with counterparties, customers, and internal teams. The position requires a self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt quickly to market changes.

In addition to scheduling, this position will assist with invoicing, market analysis, financial modeling, and ad-hoc commercial projects, and PowerPoint slide decks. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required; Power BI and Allegro experience are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Logistics

• Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly NGL movements via pipeline, rail, and truck.
• Coordinate and manage LPG export cargo scheduling, including vessel nominations, laytime tracking, and resolution of demurrage claims with counterparties.
• Schedule purity NGL sales into Mont Belvieu storage accounts and manage intra-month nomination changes.
• Monitor and communicate pipeline inventory, supply changes, and delivery issues with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with counterparties, midstream operators, and internal operations to ensure timely and accurate nominations.
• Prepare and submit nominations for all relevant pipelines, terminals, and export facilities by required deadlines.
