Seeking a dynamic Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join one of our four-person crews, dedicated to crafting and maintaining breathtaking outdoor environments for residential and commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and preservation of various outdoor environments, ensuring they remain visually appealing and functional. The Crew Member will work as part of a team under the supervision of a Crew Leader, carrying out tasks to maintain gardens, parks, commercial properties, and residential landscapes.

Your Role In Shaping Landscapes With Rwnl :

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, laying sod and mulch, pickup of debris, planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Weed control and removal to maintain the cleanliness and health of landscapes.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery as per design specifications.
• Operate a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles used for landscaping maintenance, including but not limited to : Lawn Mowers, Trimmers and Edgers, Blowers, Hedge Trimmers, Chainsaws, Aerators, and Sprayers.
• Irrigation system operation, monitoring, and minor repairs.
• Fertilization and application of pesticides and herbicides as needed.
• Spreading mulch, gravel, and other materials to enhance the appearance and functionality of landscapes.
• Leaf and debris removal to ensure cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
• Assist in the maintenance of landscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, and fences.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensuring that all work is completed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with team members, including landscapers, supervisors, and Operations managers, to ensure smooth maintenance contract execution.
