Job description

Interlocking Hardscapes is looking for a hardscaping crew member. The ideal candidates are results-driven, passionate about the hardscape industry and contributing to growth.

Started in March 2023 the owner, Tom Roberts, used to run a landscaping company in New Hampshire from 2009-2013.  The company specializes in full hardscapes and custom outdoor living builds.  Our goal is the be the best hardscaping company in the upstate with a focus on efficiency, quality and first and foremost, customer service.

Job Summary :

  • Responsible for professional install / build for a variety of jobs including natural stone walls, Bluestone, pavers, walks, patios and segmented walls.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manage crew members on team, provide proper layout of products prior to start of projects.
  • Assist in the construction of walkways, patios, walls and other decorative installations.
  • Operate various equipment and tools including cut off saws, angle grinders, mason trowels, compactors, laser levels, shovels, hammers, skid steers and mini excavators.
  • Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety and general maintenance.
  • Typical hours are 8-4 as the crew currently meets on jobs.

    • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Minimum 2 years experience with a landscaping company or other related construction industry.
  • Valid South Carolina Driver's License.
  • CDL B Preferred.
