Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, Retail Management, Operations, or related field

14+ years of progressive experience in corporate retail operations or process optimization

Experience supporting store remodels, relocations, and new store openings is a strong plus

Proven ability to design and scale communication initiatives and operational processes

Strong knowledge of retail systems and technology platforms
