We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Production Team Coordinator. This role is based in Janesville, WI, and reports to the Production Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking an upbeat individual who will be assisting with coordinating production scheduling with production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders.

Requirements

• Safety : maintain a safe work environment through training, adherence to policies and housekeeping.
• Schedule all requested products through workorder generation.
• Assist in preparing production reports.
• Coordinates expedited orders that require schedule changes to meet requested ship dates.
• Assists with analyzing production and shipping availability to determine ship dates.
• Record production data which may include volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Communicates effectively with all departments that could have a potential impact on the production schedule.
• Ability to collaborate with the Production Management Team and Supervisors.
• Competence in all Team Coordinator activities and skills.
• Other duties as delegated.
