Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.

Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of project management experience

Experience on public + private projects up to $20M

Proficient in procore, bluebeam and other related construction software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

An understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.

The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
