THE WORK

Select candidate will build cable / wire harnesses by following work process instructions and blueprint diagrams. Follow company policies and procedures.

Attends Performance Management Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement. Executes daily function with key performance metrics in mind : Safety, Quality, Productivity and Schedule.

WHO YOU ARE

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications :

1 or more years of experience in manufacturing and cable builds

• Specialized training and demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks such as soldering, crimping wires, reading prints

Desired Skills :

Familiar with IPC 610 and 620 build specs. Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting. Able to change direction quickly in a manufacturing enviroment.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
