Vendition is seeking high-performing SDRs with 6 months+ experience to join one of our high-growth partner companies.
Position Summary :
Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are the conversation starters and problem solvers at the foundation of the sales process.
As an SDR, you’ll spend time researching various companies, decision makers, and prospects with the goal of scheduling sales meetings.
We will assist you with job placement by introducing you to our hiring partner(s), and assisting through the interview process.
In addition to helping with job placement, Vendition offers coaching and mentorship during your first 12-weeks on the job to ensure a smooth transition and a quick promotion!
You will :
- Represent a tech company’s products and services to communicate a comprehensive understanding of their solutions
- Prospect potential customers via phone, email, and social networking to schedule meetings in order to generate new business leads.
- Schedule meetings / calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
- Achieve monthly quotas of meetings set, completed, and fully qualified opportunities

Requirements :
- 6 months+ SDR experience
- Cold calling and outbounding experience
- Full-time availability
- Have an interest in working in a sales role in the technology industry
- Understanding of the SDR role and can relate transferable skills and experience
- Consistent clear communicators both verbally and written
- Quota driven
Salary Expectations :
On average, our hiring partners are offering between $80K - $100K (base + OTE).
