As a key member of our Human Resources team, success in this role means leveraging your analytical skills to develop and implement effective compensation models and impactful learning and development programs that directly contribute to attracting, retaining, and engaging our talented team. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure these initiatives are executed flawlessly and drive measurable improvements in employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for :

• Analyzing compensation data and global market trends to develop and maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures and programs.
• Designing, developing, and facilitating engaging learning and development initiatives aligned with company goals and employee growth.
• Partnering with managers and employees at our global locations to address compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance on L&D opportunities.
• Utilizing HRIS and other data sources to generate reports and insights that inform HR decision-making and program effectiveness.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

They also help us all stay informed, healthy and, of course, paid. Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
