Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education and Licenses or required certifications : Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 3 years case management experience required as allowed by regulatory body. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must have the ability to maintain active insurance and driver's license. CDCA or willingness to obtain CDCA upon hire.
Experience : Prefer clinical skills with experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting and knowledge and experience with electronic health records. Prefer prior experience documenting in an electronic health record.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities : Must have a strong commitment to client rights. Must have skills and competence to establish supportive and trusting relationships with clients. Knowledge and skill regarding clients with co-occurring disorders.
